As a Devops Platform Engineer, you will join our Product Platform Solutions – Operations team, ensuring our products run smoothly for customers worldwide. You will design, maintain, and evolve modern platform environments, combining cloud technologies, Kubernetes-based microservices, and automation solutions.

You will work closely with internal teams and customers, translating technical requirements into reliable infrastructure and providing hands-on support. You thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and contribute to improving our platform’s robustness, scalability, and performance.

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing, deploying, and managing environments and microservices (Kubernetes, Azure Cloud & on-prem).
• Automating infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps practices.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining environments for global customers using tools such as OpsGenie, Prometheus, Grafana, FluentBit, and Loki.
• Supporting customers and internal teams directly, providing technical consulting when required.
• Modernizing legacy components into scalable, cloud-native solutions.
• Collaborating with team members and actively sharing knowledge.

Technical Skills

Required

• Proven experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and at least one cloud provider (Azure, AWS, …).
• Solid understanding of Linux systems and command-line usage.
• Experience with databases (Oracle and/or MS SQL).
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, firewalls, routing, …).
