Product Manager – Digital & IoT Portfolio

I’m supporting a client who is looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of their digital product portfolio, with a strong emphasis on cloud-based solutions, IoT platforms, and data-driven services. This role focuses exclusively on digital products and does not involve connectivity.

Role Summary

The ideal candidate combines solid product management expertise with strong technical understanding - particularly around cloud technologies - and has a proven ability to assess market needs, partner with Sales, and shape commercially successful products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product management for a portfolio of digital and IoT-enabled products.
• Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to customer and market needs.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify trends, demands, and new opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales to understand customer challenges, support commercial discussions, and prioritise features that drive adoption and revenue.
• Translate insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and business cases.
• Partner with engineering, cloud specialists, UX, and broader cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality products.
• Track product performance and adjust priorities based on customer value and market impact.
• Drive best-practice product management processes and ensure alignment across stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a digital, cloud, or IoT-driven environment.
• Strong technical acumen - particularly with cloud technologies, digital platforms, and IoT ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate market demands, build roadmaps, and bring successful products to market.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Commercially minded with experience collaborating closely with Sales.

• Background in digital transformation, IoT solutions, or cloud-native product architectures.
