Product Manager (Energy Storage) - Up to €110,000 + Bonus + Equity - Finland (Remote)

Uneek have partnered with an innovative energy storage company developing cutting-edge grid and commercial storage technologies to support them in hiring a Product Manager to drive product strategy and help take their solutions to market across Europe.

What You'll Do

• Own the product strategy and go-to-market approach for a portfolio of energy storage solutions.
• Translate technical product capabilities into clear commercial value and customer outcomes.
• Work closely with Engineering, Commercial, Operations, and Executive teams to drive adoption and growth.
• Lead competitive analysis, product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy.
• Engage hands-on with product prototypes, platforms, and system software to understand functionality and influence roadmap direction.

About You

• Experience in energy storage, renewables, or utilities.
• Understanding of grid systems, storage technologies (BESS), or energy management platforms (EMS).
• Background in Product Management within a technology or engineering-led organisation.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Able to communicate technical concepts clearly across cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working hands-on with technology and contributing directly to product discovery and development.
• Experience working remotely with distributed teams.
