Business Analyst, Insurance
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and deliver system solutions that meet our clients’ insurance business needs.

Your role
As a Business Analyst, you will act as an intermediary between business stakeholders and technical specialists, gathering and analyzing requirements and translating them into clear, functional solutions. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
You bring solid experience from similar roles and the confidence to take ownership in client projects.
Our offices are located in Espoo, Tampere, and Lappeenranta, and we work in a hybrid model that combines remote work with on-site presence. Please note the role requires partly working at the Espoo office.
The Team You Will Join
You will be part of a supportive, solution-oriented team within our non-life insurance unit. The team is responsible for developing policy and claims systems and includes experts across the full spectrum of system development, from analysis to implementation.

- Experience in functional specifications and end-to-end solutions
- Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, diverse workplace
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of the insurance business
In Addition, We Value
- Guidewire experience and a valid GW Certificate
- Relevant educational background in IT or a related field
- Technical understanding of agile application development
- Experience with Jira / Confluence
- Knowledge of system development in multi-vendor environments
