We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Telecom domain knowledge to guide agile teams, ensure smooth delivery, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in telecom projects such as OSS/BSS, network operations, or digital transformation programs.

• Experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience working on Telecom projects (OSS/BSS, CRM, Billing, VAS, 4G/5G, Network Services, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple teams in a fast-paced telecom environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
