Atlas is looking for a dynamic & detail-oriented NPI Manager to join our team and drive the future of our products.


Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and oversee product configuration, documentation, and engineering processes from NPI (New Product Introduction) to Mass Production.
  • Analyze and improve end-to-end change management processes (ECR/ECOs/Deviations) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain product configuration and Bill of Materials (BOM) management, ensuring process consistency and traceability.
  • Collaborate with R&D, QA, Operations, and business teams to align configuration management with company objectives.
  • Leading DFx and ATP processes (Design for manufacturing, testing, cost optimization).
  • Support on-going production processes and equipment,
  • Train subcontractors & production.
  • Develop product test plans, risk assessments and production tests according to manufacturing process instructions.


Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 3 + years of experience in a hardware development and manufacturing company.
  • Experience in managing team
  • Experience in multidisciplinary R&D and engineering processes.
  • High technical capabilities, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of your discipline and a broad knowledge of others.
  • Ability to analyze, investigate, and document procedures.
  • Experience with ERP systems and CAD software (PDM and PRIORITY).
  • Understanding of development and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in assembly documentation and Engineering Change Orders.
  • Independent learner & ability to work under pressure
  • Able to work in a matrix organization while interfacing with diverse technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written).

Advantages:

  • Experience with manufacturing processes such: SMT, Injection molding
  • Experience with robotics, RF systems, or FPV drones.
