About the Role

We’re on a mission to make the financial industry safer and more transparent.

As a Fullstack Engineer (Frontend Focused), you’ll build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that help users detect threats, investigate suspicious activity, and stay in control of real-time transactional events.

While your main focus will be on crafting exceptional frontend experiences, you’ll also contribute to backend services and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and system reliability.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll have end-to-end ownership — from architecture to deployment. You’ll work closely with product and backend teams to shape the future of our platform, while mentoring a small team of frontend engineers and driving best practices across the codebase.

What You’ll Do

• Build modular, high-performance React/Next.js components powering core user workflows
• Contribute to backend APIs or integrations when needed to support frontend use cases
• Design and implement complex data visualizations for blockchain and financial data
• Lead frontend architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and clean abstractions
• Collaborate closely with backend, design, and product teams to deliver cohesive features
• Own features end-to-end — from implementation to deployment and monitoring
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, driving a culture of learning and excellence
• Contribute to build tools, CI/CD, and DevOps improvements for faster, safer releases

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Deep understanding of component-driven architecture and state management patterns
• Strong grasp of Browser APIs and how to leverage them effectively (e.g., Web Storage, Fetch, IntersectionObserver, Clipboard, Notifications, etc.)
• Solid sense of UX, responsive design, and usability
• Hands-on experience integrating with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack, Turbopack, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience leading or mentoring other engineers in a collaborative environment
• Comfort with owning features and systems end-to-end, not just writing code
• Exposure to backend development (Node.js, TypeScript, or similar)

Bonus Points

• Next.js experience (Server Components, Routing, Middleware, etc.)
• Familiarity with data visualisation libraries (e.g., Chart.js, Recharts, D3.js)
• Experience in fintech, or real-time data systems
• Understanding of containerised deployments (Docker, etc.)
• Experience with Storybook, AI-assisted tools (Cursor, Windsurf), or DevOps workflows
