Tasks and responsibilities
- Act as a servant leader to guide Agile teams through their transformation from classical delivery methodologies to Agile ways of working.
- Further develop the teams’ working methods across empowerment, transparency, collaboration, and discipline.
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, events, and artefacts.
- Support Product Owners in effective product and backlog management.
- Facilitate quarterly planning, organise team breakouts, and coordinate the book of work (features) for upcoming quarters.
- Manage dependencies with other teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, Product Owners, and Agile teams to align on goals, priorities, and requirements.
- Drive adoption of Agile best practices, quality standards, and performance metrics.
- Oversee team capacity planning and track delivery progress against quarterly commitments.
- Act as a change agent for Agile methodology across the organisation, promoting Agile behaviours and mindset.
Must-have criteria
- Scrum Master certification is required.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in an Agile/Scrum delivery context within the IT and/or financial sector.
- Strong customer orientation and the ability to support an organisation in shaping and delivering effective solutions.
- Very good understanding of the software development lifecycle and operational management.
- Extensive experience in Agile delivery methodology, stakeholder management, training and workshop facilitation, and visualisation.
- Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and other Agile collaboration tools.
- Excellent English language skills and basic German skills (both mandatory). Additional languages (e.g. French) are an advantage.
- Strong communication and complex problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented, self-driven, independent, and comfortable driving change.
- High level of motivation, initiative, and openness to bringing new ideas.
Nice-to-have criteria
- Experience with Temenos Core Banking software (Temenos Transact/T24 and/or TAP)
