Scrum Master vacancy for our Luxembourg based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Act as a servant leader, guiding Agile team through their transformation journey.
• Support Agile team in evolving into high-performing entities, fostering self-organisation and collaboration.
• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, events, and artifacts.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, Product Owners and Agile teams to establish clear goals.
• Identify and proactively remove obstacles and impediments for Agile team.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Scrum Master certification required.
• Proven experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager in an Agile/Scrum delivery context in the information technology and/or finance sector.
• Experience with Temenos Core Banking software: Temenos Transact (T24) and/or TAP is considered an advantage.
• Language skills: English, Basic German

• Excellent communication and complex problem-solving skills.
• High level of self-motivation to drive initiatives and initiate changes.
