Our client


Our client is a Luxembourg-based Alternative Investment Fund Manager specialising in Private Equity investments. As part of a large-scale digital transformation programme, they are redesigning their data architecture, reporting frameworks, and operational tools to support their expanding investment platform. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven professional to contribute directly to the evolution of their operating model.



Your role


We are seeking a Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in their digital transformation journey. You will help build robust data foundations, automate key processes, and deliver analytical tools that enhance decision-making, regulatory compliance, and investor reporting. This role offers the chance to shape new systems, optimise workflows, and introduce modern data practices across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key contributor to the AIFM’s digital transformation initiative, helping design, enhance, and implement new data flows, systems, and reporting tools
  • Collect, validate, and process data from portfolio companies, internal teams, and external providers
  • Support the development of new dashboards and automated reporting solutions for Private Equity investment oversight
  • Maintain and advance internal databases, models, and analytics frameworks underpinning the digital transformation programme
  • Assist with the redesign and automation of regulatory reporting and investor reports
  • Execute data quality controls and propose improvements to ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability
  • Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Compliance, IT, and the Investment Team to identify optimisation opportunities and implement scalable solutions
  • Document new processes, system interactions, and data governance standards


Profile & Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role in an AIFM, Private Equity firm, Asset Manager, or fund services provider
  • Strong understanding of Private Equity fund structures, capital account data, and portfolio company reporting
  • Proven experience working with analytical tools and programming languages (e.g., Excel, SQL,...)
  • Exposure to system implementation, automation, or digital transformation projects is a strong advantage
  • Ability to evaluate and redesign data processes with a focus on scalability and efficiency
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in working with large and complex datasets
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus
