Job description: 

• Ensure that IT infrastructure in the Nordic region (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and China) is in line with the internal set of rules and regulations.
• Daily support of users in RDS and hardware problems via remote tools (e.g. Teamviewer) or using local partners
• Managing various network components in the region
• Communicate with the Group IT department and follow their instructions
• Managing 3rd party IT partners
• Work and split tasks in the Vink Nordic IT support team
• Various IT projects
• Computer workstation maintenance: Software installation and configuration, troubleshooting software, Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware problems, Assisting users on the use of IT Equipment.

Requirements: 

• Education in IT field
•  At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Fluent oral and written English
• Experienced in RDS, network tools, Anti-virus, Microsoft products
• Good communication skills; team player
• Correctness and sense of responsibility
• Ability to react fast in solving problems remotely and routine tasks
• Positivity and self-motivation
• Experience in working in an international company
• Ability to solve problems independently and work in a team
