Overview


LearnWise AI is an Amsterdam-based EdTech scale-up dedicated to revolutionizing higher education through AI-powered teaching, learning, and engagement solutions. Our platform integrates with leading LMSs like Canvas and Blackboard, enhancing student support and academic workflows while prioritizing security and ethical standards such as ISO, SOC2, and GDPR.


We are seeking a motivated Jr. Product Manager to join our product team and contribute to shaping innovative AI solutions that empower students and educators worldwide. This role offers hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle, working closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams under the guidance of the Head of Product.


Responsibilities


  • Develop clear and detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories grounded in business needs to guide design and development.
  • Decompose complex product features into actionable tasks for cross-functional teams including designers and engineers.
  • Create and maintain transparent communication channels by publishing product release changelogs and updating the public product roadmap.
  • Develop user-centric documentation to help customers optimize their use of the LearnWise platform.
  • Coordinate end-to-end project delivery by liaising with engineering, design, QA, and customer success teams, tracking progress, identifying blockers, and driving resolution.


Requirements


  • Minimum 1 year experience in product management or a related role within SaaS or EdTech environments.
  • Strong ability to quickly understand and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for SaaS and EdTech industries, with a genuine drive to support education transformation through technology.
  • Proactive self-starter with ownership mentality and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, and hands-on experience with tools like Linear, Jira, or equivalents.
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Based in Europe, open to remote work with occasional travel to Amsterdam.
