Requirements

  • The Project Manager will lead a high-impact, enterprise-wide program focused on enforcing and validating Immutable Backup capabilities and strengthening Disaster Recovery (DR) readiness across all application portfolios.
  • This role ensures full alignment with ISO 27001 standards by driving implementation, validating technical execution, and securing auditable evidence of organizational resilience and data security.
  • Develop, manage, and track the overall project plan, scope, and timelines for the resilience assurance program.
  • Ensure timely implementation of immutable backup mechanisms across all in-scope applications.
  • Oversee project budgets, resource planning, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Lead the organization-wide rollout of the program and manage change related to new backup and DR protocols.
  • Act as an advocate for the program by communicating objectives, benefits, and compliance requirements across internal teams.
  • Conduct Drop-in Sessions, Town Halls, and Workshops to address implementation challenges for application teams, Product Managers, and technical stakeholders.
  • Deliver regular, consolidated status updates across enterprise forums and ensure timely resolution of all project-related technical and procedural queries.
  • Oversee and validate Backup and Restore tests for each application, ensuring data integrity and compliance with RTO/RPO targets.
  • Lead the verification and execution of Disaster Recovery (DR) Testing to confirm system resilience under simulated failure scenarios.
  • Ensure implemented solutions guarantee data security, availability, and recoverability.
  • Ensure all procedures, testing protocols, and recovery practices adhere to ISO 27001 requirements for information security and business continuity.
  • Maintain high-quality, auditable evidence—including test results, recovery metrics, and validation sign-offs—demonstrating compliance.
  • Proactively identify risks, non-compliance issues, or test failures and escalate them to senior leadership and compliance teams.
  • Support alignment with ISO 22301 standards for Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS), ensuring ongoing monitoring, review, and improvement of recovery documentation and processes.
  • Project Management & Leadership – Proven ability to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Communication & Change Management – Skilled in stakeholder communication, organizational alignment, and driving adoption.
  • Technical Resilience Expertise – Strong understanding of backup technologies, DR concepts, and validation methodologies.
  • Security & Compliance – Working knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and secure data recovery best practices.
