We are looking for a Junior Strategy & Operations Associate to join our team and help shape the future of our communication journeys and experimentation framework. In this role, you will support the design, testing, and continuous improvement of the messages and workflows that guide members through their journey.
You will work closely with Operations, Product, and AI teams to run A/B tests, analyze results, learn from data, and help scale the ideas that work. You will also support capacity planning activities, helping the team understand demand patterns and ensure operational alignment.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll combine creativity with analytical thinking, contribute to pilot initiatives, and help reimagine how we communicate with members.
If you enjoy solving problems, testing bold ideas, working with data, and collaborating across teams — this role will give you space to learn, grow, and drive meaningful improvements from day one.
You’ll join the Bloom Operations team, part of Sword Health’s pelvic-health solution designed to support women through personalized, tech-enabled care.
In Operations, we work to continuously improve how care is delivered by optimizing processes, communication journeys, and internal workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with Product and AI teams as we develop better tools and smarter systems, and with Clinical Operations, the team responsible for delivering care to our members.
Together, we focus on building efficient, scalable, and member-centric operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design and refine member communications (push, SMS, email, in-app) to ensure clarity, consistency, and an engaging member experience;
- Set up and run A/B tests for new messages and journeys — defining hypotheses, monitoring results, and summarizing learnings;
- Assist with capacity planning, helping analyze demand patterns, capacity needs, and operational constraints to support daily decision-making;
- Support scheduling and resource alignment, tracking trends and highlighting risks or opportunities that affect operational capacity;
- Analyze operational data to surface insights that improve communication journeys, workflows, and capacity-related processes;
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Operations, Product, AI, Engineering, Clinical Ops) to ensure both communication experiments and capacity planning efforts are aligned with broader workflows and team goals
- Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging messages;
- Analytical skills and comfort working with data, including Google Sheets, dashboards, and running basic SQL queries;
- Curiosity and an experimentation mindset, with willingness to test ideas, learn from results, and iterate quickly;
- Attention to detail, with the ability to manage several small tasks, tests, and communication updates in parallel;
- Comfort working cross-functionally, collaborating with Product, Ops, and AI teams;
- Proactive, hands-on attitude, eager to dive into problems, ask questions, and propose improvements
- Experience designing or testing member/user communications (e.g., emails, push notifications, SMS, UX copy);
- Previous involvement in A/B testing, experimentation, or growth/ops projects;
- Familiarity with capacity planning concepts, such as demand forecasting, scheduling, or operational load balancing;
- Experience with Looker, BI tools, or basic data visualization to support both comms insights and capacity analyses;
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and simple, actionable recommendations;
- A creative mindset with a willingness to try unconventional ideas and iterate quickly;
- Interest in AI-driven operations, automation, and improving communication and capacity workflows;
- Excitement about working in a fast-paced environment where you can take ownership early
- A stimulating, fast-paced environment with lots of room for creativity;
- A bright future at a promising high-tech startup company;
