Pineca is a leading online brand of prefabricated wooden houses and garden buildings operating across 9 EU markets.


Our main activity is online business-to-customer retail of prefabricated wooden buildings: residential houses, garden buildings, garages, and carports. As we are a digital-first company, providing unique and professional user-experience is an extremely important part of our business, which leads to complex processes, business solutions, and systems.


We are seeking a talented Internal Product Manager to join our team and work closely with our Head of IT and Tech Lead to develop and implement cutting-edge software solutions across various platforms for diverse markets, including the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and the Netherlands.

What we expect you to do:


  • Bridge departments and development teams, turning business challenges into actionable tasks aligned with company goals.
  • Gather and prioritise stakeholder needs, providing clear requirements to the development team.
  • Analyse data to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Serve as the expert on internal processes, guiding solution design and decision-making.
  • Use data-driven decisions to improve internal tools, balancing technical feasibility and business impact.


What you will need to succeed:


  • Proven record of practical experience (5+ years) in Internal Product Management (Product Manager / Product Owner / Business Analyst / Process Manager)
  • Proven ability to successfully apply Business Process Modelling Techniques (BPMN, UML, or other)
  • Ownership and ability to plan, execute independently.
  • Professional expertise and hands-on experience with JIRA.
  • Having previous experience in the field of eCommerce (would be a great advantage)
  • Lithuanian language skills in this position are a must.
