FamToura is an innovative family-travel platform built to simplify and elevate travel planning for families. As the first end-to-end family travel solution, our platform provides destination insights, cost estimates, pacing guidance, visa information, and safety considerations, all tailored specifically for families.

We are currently working with early-access users as we refine and scale the product.

Role Description

We are looking for a Co-Founder & CTO / Full-Stack Technical Architect to join FamToura at an early and exciting stage. This is a remote position focused on designing, building, and scaling the core technical architecture of the platform.

You will be responsible for leading all engineering efforts, developing the backend and frontend systems, integrating travel APIs, and building a strong technical foundation for long-term scalability.

You will work closely with the founding team and play a key role in shaping the product, technology, infrastructure, and overall vision of FamToura.

Important: This is an equity-based co-founder role (no salary) with a mutually agreed equity share.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
• Strong knowledge of:
• Frontend: React, Next.js, Vue.js
• Backend: Node.js, Python, or Go
• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience integrating travel APIs (Booking, Expedia, Skyscanner, Amadeus, Stripe…) is a plus
• Solid understanding of database design and system architecture
• Ability to work independently, think like a founder, and build from zero
• Startup mindset, strong problem-solving, and ownership mentality
