About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Business Development & Marketing Manager to join our Slovenian office. This role is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to contribute to the growth and positioning of a leading regional law firm in CEE/SEE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing business development and marketing initiatives, supporting partners and lawyers in client relationship management, and ensuring the consistent market visibility of the Ljubljana office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Office Managing Partner and practice group local leads to implement BD strategies tailored to international clientele as well as the Slovenian market
  • Support partners in client targeting, proposals and client relationship management
  • Coordinate with the regional BD & Marketing team to align Ljubljana initiatives with firm-wide strategy
  • Drive pitch and proposal preparation and prepare high-quality and competitive submissions for legal directories
  • Manage the Ljubljana office’s marketing campaigns, PR and communications, including media relations and digital content such as LinkedIn
  • Organise client events, seminars and sponsorship activities
  • Prepare and maintain credentials, brochures and marketing collateral for the Ljubljana office
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client intelligence to inform business development planning

Key requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in business development, marketing or client relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written and spoken Sloven and English
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, self-motivated and client-focused mindset
