Pineca is a leading online brand of prefabricated wooden houses and garden buildings operating across 9 EU markets.

Our main activity is online business-to-customer retail of prefabricated wooden buildings: residential houses, garden buildings, garages, and carports. As we are a digital-first company, organic visibility and lead generation is an extremely important part of our business.

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team and work closely with our Head of IT and Tech Lead to develop and implement cutting-edge software solutions across various platforms for diverse markets, including the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and the Netherlands.

What we expect you to do:

• Serve as the vital link between various departments; business challenges and actionable backlog items.
• Gather and analyze stakeholders needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements for our development team.
• Utilize various analytical techniques and follow established methodologies to extract actionable insights and conduct thorough business analysis.

What you will need to succeed:

• Proven record of previous experience in Business Analyst or System Analyst role (3+ years of practical experience)
• Proven ability to successfully apply Business Process Modelling Techniques (BPMN, UML or other)
• Ownership and ability to plan, execute independently.
• Professional expertise and hands-on experience with JIRA.
• Having previous experience in the field of eCommerce (would be a great advantage).
• Lithuanian language skills in this position are a must.
