Joining the Platforms and Corporate Self Service squad, you will collaborate closely with the corporate segment of Danica. This team is instrumental in developing implementations that empower our advisers to effectively market our pension products and devising innovative solutions for our corporate clients.

You will:

As a Business Analyst at Danica Pension, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT developers and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to align on system requirements and functionalities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Translating business needs into precise, actionable requirements that enhance internal processes, business performance, and the overall customer/user experience
  • Actively participating in and facilitating ceremonies within a cross-functional squad, contributing to a cohesive team dynamic
  • Providing guidance and sharing expertise with team members to promote collective growth and knowledge
  • Managing requirement engineering, effectively communicating with a broad range of stakeholders and internal providers
  • Building and maintaining a robust connection between the development team and business units, ensuring mutual understanding and collaboration
  • Gaining an understanding of the business area, continuously challenging both the business and the team to develop products that we can all be proud of
  • Supporting the implementation of business ideas and maintaining ownership of the developed products
  • Managing the product backlog to ensure clarity and prioritization of tasks

This role requires a proactive, knowledgeable, and motivated individual who is committed to quality and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment.

About you:

  • Proven capability to act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring strategic and operational alignment
  • Experience in IT business analysis, especially with requirement engineering
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and SCRUM frameworks
  • Preferably, a higher education degree in IT, Business, or Mathematics, although candidates from all academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply
  • Exceptional critical thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • High communication and relationship-building abilities, capable of fostering strong connections within and outside the team
  • A team-oriented mindset with a dedicated focus on quality and results
  • An ability to think holistically and openness to adopting new approaches
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication in our diverse and dynamic environment

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
