Your Main Mission at BuzzBrothers:


The Digital Project Manager ensures coordination, planning, and delivery of advanced digital projects within the agency.

They work closely with Account Management teams and oversee scope, planning, budgets, and quality of deliverables while orchestrating multidisciplinary experts, partners, and clients.


1. Analysis, Brief & Scoping

  • Understand the client’s business, marketing, and digital challenges.
  • Support the Account Director with forecasting and opportunity assessment.
  • Analyze and clarify briefs to extract clear, actionable objectives.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, methodology, and responsibilities.
  • Write statements of work (SOW )and structure project documentation (Drive, Slack, project management tools).


2. Planning, Budgeting & Resourcing

  • Build realistic project plans including dependencies, validations, and risks.
  • Identify risks, anticipate blockers, and propose action plans.
  • Build structured and comprehensive budget estimates.
  • Plan and adjust resources with the Traffic Manager and expertise leads.


3. Execution & Delivery of Digital Productions

  • Coordinate expert teams using clear and detailed briefs: Strategy, Creative, Copywriting, UX/UI, SEO, eCRM, Analytics, Social Media, Paid Media, Motion Design, Webmastering.
  • Manage day-to-day production, deliverables, and task tracking across various project types: digital strategy, innovation (AI/LLM), activation campaigns (LEP, promotions, 360), website/platform creation (brand, e-commerce, loyalty), design systems and digital guidelines, multi-market rollouts (web, eCRM, SEO), social listening, data analytics.
  • Support the Account Director with forecasting and opportunity assessment.
  • Supervise QA, UAT, and client approval phases.
  • Manage scope changes and their impacts (scope, budget, timelines).
  • Prepare invoicing aligned with production and commercial strategy, in coordination with the Account Director.


4. Reporting & Optimization

  • Produce progress, performance, and budget reports.
  • Monitor project KPIs: effort, margin, timelines, and deliverable quality.
  • Track timesheets and resource allocation.
  • Organize end-of-project reviews and identify improvement areas.
  • Contribute to the evolution of project management processes and methodologies.


5. Client Management & Meetings

  • Lead key meetings: kick-offs, weekly status, workshops, reviews, post-mortems.
  • Prepare meetings with a structured agenda shared beforehand.
  • Write clear meeting minutes with decisions, actions, and next steps.
  • Coordinate exchanges between experts, external partners, and client market teams.
  • Manage escalations and maintain a trusted relationship with the client.


6. Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor and support junior project managers.
  • Promote responsibility, rigor, and reliability among teams.
  • Foster collaboration, communication, and stress management.
  • Highlight project successes within the digital team and the agency.


Preferred experience

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital project management within an agency (digital, creative, media, or integrated).
  • Strong command of project management fundamentals: planning, budgeting, coordination, methodology, governance.
  • Solid digital expertise: UX/UI, CMS, SEO, Social, CRM/eCRM, data/analytics, activation campaigns, design systems.
  • Ability to independently frame projects, analyze and challenge briefs, and translate them into clear, actionable objectives.
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Analytical, structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong anticipation and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage complex situations: risks, escalations, trade-offs, and project constraints.
  • Client-oriented, natural leadership, and recognizing as a reference point within the team.
