Requirements
Required:
Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Senior role designing complex enterprise applications (ERP, SaaS platforms, or large-scale B2B software).
Expertise in Figma: Proven mastery of Figma for creating and managing large-scale, reusable design systems.
Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of modern frontend technologies (e.g., Angular, React) and the limitations and opportunities of consuming REST APIs.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating success in delivering user-centered design solutions for complex workflows, configuration tools, or administration portals.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing for multi-tenant SaaS environments.
Experience in the ERP or manufacturing software domain.
Job responsibilities
Our client is undertaking a major modernization initiative to re-architect its core platform as a scalable, multi-tenant SaaS application. We are seeking an experienced and strategic UX Lead to define and drive the user experience across all new digital products, including a new Modern Web Front-End . This role is central to ensuring the new platform delivers a world-class, extensible, and accessible experience for our customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Design & Governance
Establish UX Governance: Define and enforce UX governance and accessibility standards, ensuring all designs meet modern SaaS-grade user experience benchmarks.
Extensibility Design: Design the interaction models and interfaces for extensibility features, ensuring they are intuitive for developers and partners.
- Execution and Prototyping
Rapid Validation: Organize and conduct user testing and feedback loops to validate design choices early and iteratively with internal stakeholders and external users.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
Stakeholder Communication: Present design visions, concepts, and rationales to senior management and product owners.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive UX/UI documentation, including component usage guidelines and interaction specifications.
