Data Analyst

What You’ll Do

Implement and advance data visualization initiatives to deliver value to platform users, internal stakeholders, and strategic partners
Conduct in-depth analysis of organizational data to evaluate progress against established frameworks, principles, and strategic goals
Analyze data patterns to identify opportunities, gaps, and priority areas that can drive greater organizational impact and stakeholder engagement
Create presentation materials, training resources, and documentation to educate colleagues and end users on data benefits, policies, and reporting requirements
Define, track, and communicate key performance indicators to measure user adoption, engagement, and overall experience

What You Need To Have

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles
Demonstrated quantitative skills in data analytics, statistical analysis, and data visualization
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Apache Superset, or similar platforms
Working knowledge of data analysis and collaboration within technology teams, preferably using agile methodologies
Proven track record of identifying end-user needs, translating requirements into actionable solutions, and optimizing user experience through data-driven insights
Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments; ability to break down complex challenges into manageable components and prioritize high-impact deliverables
Strong organizational and time management capabilities with experience developing project approaches, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and driving initiatives to completion
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience presenting complex information to diverse, global audiences at various organizational levels
