What You’ll Do
- Implement and advance data visualization initiatives to deliver value to platform users, internal stakeholders, and strategic partners
- Conduct in-depth analysis of organizational data to evaluate progress against established frameworks, principles, and strategic goals
- Analyze data patterns to identify opportunities, gaps, and priority areas that can drive greater organizational impact and stakeholder engagement
- Create presentation materials, training resources, and documentation to educate colleagues and end users on data benefits, policies, and reporting requirements
- Define, track, and communicate key performance indicators to measure user adoption, engagement, and overall experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles
- Demonstrated quantitative skills in data analytics, statistical analysis, and data visualization
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Apache Superset, or similar platforms
- Working knowledge of data analysis and collaboration within technology teams, preferably using agile methodologies
- Proven track record of identifying end-user needs, translating requirements into actionable solutions, and optimizing user experience through data-driven insights
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments; ability to break down complex challenges into manageable components and prioritize high-impact deliverables
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities with experience developing project approaches, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and driving initiatives to completion
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience presenting complex information to diverse, global audiences at various organizational levels
- Fully remote! Applicants must be residents in Romania
