Senior Project Manager

Do you have 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager? We are looking for an EU national to join our team in Luxembourg.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of project management experience in IT, particularly within financial services or public sector organizations.
• Proven track record of delivering projects related to banking and lending applications, such as Guarantee Calls, Cash & Liquidity Management, Capital Markets, and Advisory Services.
• Strong expertise in agile project management methodologies, including Jira and Kanban tools.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with Java projects, financial systems, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in international organizations.
• Knowledge of BMC as a service management tool.
• Language(s): English (fluent)

Job Description:

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with EIB’s strategic goals.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors.
• Oversee progress against milestones, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
• Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming, ensuring adherence to agile principles.
• Prepare detailed project reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
