We’re a fast-growing global eCommerce brand on a mission to make health and wellness accessible to everyone. With tens of thousands of products shipped to customers across multiple European markets, we’re scaling our paid media efforts and looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to lead performance marketing campaigns across search, social, display, and video channels.

💼 What you’ll do

• Own all European paid media campaigns from strategy to execution and optimisation
• Drive app user acquisition and eCommerce sales through paid search, shopping, social, display, and video
• Develop and implement testing frameworks, creative optimisation, and data-driven strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, product, and engineering teams to improve tracking and reporting
• Manage budgets, media mix, bids, and product feeds to meet KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV)
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors to scale campaigns efficiently
• Maintain certifications and stay ahead of platform trends

🎯 What you bring

• 4–5+ years in paid search, social, display, and video marketing for eCommerce (or large-scale agency experience)
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Shopping, Facebook/Instagram Ads, programmatic display, and YouTube advertising
• Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (GA, AppsFlyer/Adjust) and advanced Excel
• Data-driven mindset with a proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Creative, strategic, and comfortable in a fast-moving, performance-focused environment
