Product Owner

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to manage and drive development activities for core diagnostic tools – Matris and Matris Neo. This temporary assignment focuses on ensuring continuity, quality, and efficient execution of the product roadmap while supporting our global service network with stable and high-performing solutions. You will play a key role in coordinating deliveries, maintaining operational stability, and facilitating the transition from Matris to Matris Neo.

Area of Responsibility

Product Execution & Continuity

• Execute and maintain the established product roadmap for Matris and Matris Neo.
• Oversee delivery of planned features, enhancements, and releases according to priorities.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and business expectations.

Backlog Management & Prioritization

• Maintain and refine the product backlog based on current needs and stakeholder input.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint objectives.
• Respond promptly to issues or changes requiring tactical adjustments.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.
• Align with service operations, diagnostics engineering, market representatives, and connected product teams.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions effectively to all relevant parties.

Support for Matris → Matris Neo Transition

• Ensure smooth continuation of transition activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams and markets to maintain readiness and resolve issues.
• Support testing, rollout activities, and communication around releases.

Operational Stability & User Support

• Monitor product performance and user feedback for both platforms.
• Collaborate with developers and support teams to resolve technical issues and operational blockers.
• Contribute to documentation, training materials, and user communication.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and internal processes.
• Support documentation and internal reporting related to product work.

Knowledge / Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in digital product development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Ability to manage complex technical environments; experience with diagnostics, vehicle data, or workshop systems is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Structured, proactive, and capable of driving execution within strategic frameworks.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and user-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with compliance standards (cybersecurity, data governance) is a plus.
