Role Description
As a Program Manager, you will lead client engagements by driving effective product adoption and delivering high-impact business value. Your responsibilities include conducting comprehensive needs assessments, delivering tailored product demonstrations, and facilitating strategic workshops. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product management, engineering, and customer success—to influence product direction based on real-world client insights.
You will serve as a subject matter expert, maintaining deep product knowledge and providing thought leadership on best practices and industry trends. Additionally, you will design and deliver customized training programs that empower clients to fully leverage the capabilities of our product suite. Measuring and reporting on client satisfaction and product utilization will be key to ensuring long-term customer success and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements through:
- Needs assessments
- Product demonstrations
- Strategy workshops
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the product and its evolving capabilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing best practices and thought leadership to both clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to influence the product roadmap.
- Deliver custom training programs that increase client enablement and ROI.
- Monitor and report on:
- Client satisfaction
- Product adoption and usage metrics
- Proactively identify challenges and drive solutions for long-term customer value.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- Product consulting
- Product management
- Related client-facing roles
- Proven track record in client engagement, satisfaction, and successful product adoption.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience delivering compelling demos to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the eCommerce industry, especially with:
- SAP Hybris
- CCV2
- Commerce Tools
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and analytics tools to track client interactions and product performance.
- Advanced degree in business, technology, or a related discipline.
