Job Title: Program Manager (e-Commerce)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden - Hybrid: 2-3 Days to Office Every Week

Duration: 6 Months - Extendable

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong Ecommerce expertise to lead the OnRep Program. The role involves driving cross-functional delivery, ensuring alignment between business and technology teams, and managing program governance across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the program roadmap, timelines, risks, and governance structure.
• Coordinate workstreams across IT, digital, marketing, product, operations, and customer service.
• Ensure clear communication and stakeholder alignment across business and technical teams.
• Prepare and present program updates, risk reports, and steering committee materials.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, external vendors, and partners.
• Collaborate with change management teams on training, communication, and rollout plans.
• Ensure all solutions meet business requirements, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Create and manage documentation, slide decks, and communication materials using MS Office tools.

Required Experience

• 10+ years in Program / Project Management, with strong Ecommerce program delivery experience.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives and manage senior stakeholders.
• Strong skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, governance, and leadership capabilities.
