NETWORK PLANNER TO GLOBAL COMPANY

As a Network Planner, you work with everything from initial network design to final delivery. You ensure that the network meets the right quality, capacity and structure while driving projects forward and supporting regional expansion targets.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Planning and designing fiber networks from backbone to access nodes based on technical and business requirements.
• Ensuring capacity and optimizing network structures, routes and hardware utilization.
• Managing network builds from planning to completed infrastructure, with responsibility for time, budget and quality.
• Documenting and updating network drawings, system data and relevant technical descriptions.
• Handling and resolving planning-related issues, as well as contributing to escalations and technical discussions.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers and construction partners to secure smooth deliveries.
  
  
  

Our client is located in modern office facilities in central Stockholm. The role includes business travel to Finland approximately every other week.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has approximately 2–5 years of experience with fiber networks.
• Has strong technical understanding.
• Is fluent in English; Swedish and Finnish language skills are considered a plus.
• Enjoys structured work, follow-up, and driving projects toward clear goals.
• Has excellent documentation skills and strong attention to detail.
• Is engaged, solution-oriented and comfortable collaborating across team boundaries.
