Join our AI ML Platform team as a Senior Backend Developer to design and build scalable microservices using Golang and Python. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance backend solutions that power our AI-driven financial systems, including NLP, Agentic AI, and MLOps capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Develop microservices in Golang/Python with Docker & Kubernetes.
- Design and maintain REST APIs and Kafka-based event-driven systems.
- Optimize SQL databases and write automated tests (Cucumber).
- Use BitBucket, Jenkins & Artifactory for CI/CD.
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate on AI/ML initiatives, including NLP, Agentic AI, and MLOps.
- 5+ years in backend development (Golang & Python).
- Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, REST APIs, SQL.
- Testing experience, Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Agile.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (NLP, Agentic AI, MLOps).
- Results-driven, team player, proactive, meets deadlines.
- Fluent English.
- JavaScript/React knowledge (Nice to have)
