We are looking for Artificial Intelligence Engineer from a banking or e-commerce background to join our Operations and Customer Support Team.

✨ What You’ll Be Rocking

• Conduct research and development on advanced AI/ML techniques with a focus on time-series classification and forecasting.
• Explore, design, and optimize model architectures (e.g., deep learning, transformers, sequence models, hybrid architectures).
• Perform experimental benchmarking across diverse datasets and evaluate predictive performance, data efficiency, and computational efficiency.
• Translate academic research findings into practical, production-ready solutions.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept models to validate new ideas and methodologies.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning, time-series modeling, and AI research literature.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineering, product, software development) to integrate R&D outcomes into deployed systems.
• Document research findings, experimental setups, and results in a structured and academically aligned manner.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and participate in research discussions, code reviews, and model design sessions.
• Support publication efforts, conference submissions, and patent opportunities where applicable.

🎯 The Perfect Fit

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong theoretical understanding of machine learning, including optimization, generalization, deep learning fundamentals, and statistical learning.
• Solid mathematical background: linear algebra, calculus, probability, statistics, and numerical methods.
• Experience with at least one deep learning framework (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
• Ability to design and run controlled ML experiments, analyze results, and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with standard ML tooling (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving ability, curiosity, and motivation to explore novel approaches.
• Ability to understand and reproduce academic papers and benchmark methods rigorously.
