Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the artistic vision for mobile games, ensuring alignment with the overall game design.

- Over 5 years of experience in game art pipelines, from concept to in-game assets, with a focus on mobile optimization.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX or graphic designer in the mobile gaming industry.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience developing artistic vision concepts for mobile games.
- Proficiency in key software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Blender, Unity, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Strong knowledge of optimizing assets for mobile performance, including textures and shaders.
- A portfolio showcasing shipped mobile game titles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong self-organization and time management abilities.
- Flexibility and openness to the evolving dynamics of a small team.
- Advanced proficiency in Polish and fluent English.
- A portfolio demonstrating UX flow, from low-fidelity to high-fidelity concepts.
- Experience working in start-up environments.
- Basic animation skills, including familiarity with animation tools to enhance interactivity and storytelling in user experiences.
- A passion for working in a collaborative, small-team setting.
