Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate our fintech projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in fintech or payment projects
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams in technology-driven environments
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across business and technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Trello
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of fintech projects
• Plan and monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets
• Coordinate with software development, QA, business analysis
• Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between project scope, resources, and business priorities
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among all teams involved
