Bitunix is expanding across Europe, and looking for a Business Development Manager who want to play an active role in developing the crypto ecosystem in Poland. In this role, you’ll help build Bitunix’s local presence, connect with the community, and influence how users experience crypto in the region.

Responsibilities

• Drive user growth and strengthen Bitunix’s footprint in the Polish market through meaningful partnerships and collaborations with influencers and KOLs.
• Identify and build long-term relationships with influencers, trading communities, and strategic partners across the Polish crypto ecosystem.
• Support and grow local user communities, ensuring strong engagement and brand trust.
• Explore new business opportunities with partners, organizations, and potential investors.
• Contribute insights and ideas that help shape Bitunix’s development in Poland.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, partnerships, influencer/KOL management, or user acquisition.
• Solid understanding of the Polish crypto market and its major players.
• Proven success in delivering growth or partnership results.
• Strong interest and passion for the crypto/blockchain space.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong Polish and English communication skills (B2+).

Required Skills

• Experience in BD roles, ideally within top crypto exchanges or Web3 companies.
• Established connections within the Polish crypto community (KOLs, traders, local events).
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• User acquisition and community engagement strategies.
