IP NETWORK ENGINEER

We are seeking an Experienced IP Engineer to join our team at Huawei. In this role, you will act as the overall technical lead for the design and delivery of large-scale IP networks, utilizing expertise in OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, and MPLS to ensure high performance and stability. You will be responsible for implementing critical telecom service features like QoS and redundancy protection and contributing to the installability of new data communication products. This position requires a technical degree, 5+ years of experience, preferably a CCNP/CCIE certification, and strong communication skills for knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities:

1. Network design, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of IP network engineering projects;

2. Participate in the development of new data communication products from a technical service perspective, improving the installability and maintainability of the products;

3. Write and review technical documents related to data communication products and IP network solutions, and provide training and instruction to other technical support engineers to transfer product technical knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher (with a degree obtained), majoring in communications, computer science, or related fields, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience;

2. Experience in designing IP networks for provincial or municipal-level projects, and having served as the overall technical lead for projects; experience working with telecom operators, competitors, or system integrators is preferred; candidates with network certifications such as CCNP/CCIE/HCNP/HCIE are preferred;

3. Proficient in routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and IS-IS;

4. Proficient in planning and deploying mainstream services such as MPLS-VPN, MPLS-TE, multicast, and IPv6;

5. Proficient in planning and deploying telecom service features such as QoS, redundancy protection, fast switching, and security;

6. Strong communication and presentation skills, and a strong service-oriented mindset;

7. Good communication skill of English.
