Help build the future of people analytics, creating an AI-powered data platform that enables leading employers to make smarter, more informed people decisions. This role involves architecting and implementing end-to-end features, owning systems from conception to deployment, and shaping the technical direction of a fast-growing, early-stage startup.

What you will do:

• Architect and implement features end-to-end across our AI-powered talent intelligence platform.
• Own systems from conception to deployment, responsible for technical decisions and scaling.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to translate complex data insights into intuitive user experiences.

• 3+ years building and shipping products using modern technologies, comfortable across the stack.
• Takes ownership, thrives in fast-moving environments, and thinks holistically about architecture.
