about the job
- lead a team of M&E engineers and designers for cleanroom HVAC, process piping, and utility systems.
- attend meetings to define project scope, requirements, and constraints.
- plan staffing and allocate resources across multiple projects.
- provide technical guidance and review designs for compliance and accuracy.
- ensure all deliverables meet codes, standards, and client specifications.
- manage schedules, budgets, and client coordination to achieve timely, cost-effective results.
knowledge and skills
- bachelor's degree in M&E engineering with design and leadership experience
- expertise in HVAC and process utility systems for controlled environments
- strong knowledge of codes and standards
- proficient in 3D modeling tools such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
