- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for core banking enhancements and projects
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for AS/400 or Silverlake-based applications

- Ensure solutions comply with regulatory, risk, and security standards within banking environments
- Act as SME for core banking modules such as Payments, Loans, Deposits, GL, Credit, and Customer Information
- 5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst in Banking / Financial Services
- Strong hands-on understanding of AS/400 (RPG/CL, DB2/400) and/or Silverlake Core Banking System
- Experience with core banking processes:
- Payments & Transfers
- Loans & Lending
- Deposits & CASA
- Trade Finance (optional)
- Customer & Account Management
- Ability to prepare high-quality documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, data mapping)
- Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong SQL/data analysis skills and understanding of DB2/400 file structures
