Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Finance leadership team to drive strategic projects and process improvements across various Finance functions
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management and communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and prepared for transformation initiatives
  • Create and disseminate internal content, such as newsletters and updates, to maintain awareness and momentum for ongoing projects
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure the smooth and sustained adoption of new processes and workflows
  • Partner with various Finance teams and other internal stakeholders to effectively align transformation initiatives with overall organisational goals
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed by the Finance leadership team

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in change management, project coordination, and internal communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess current processes and recommend effective solutions
  • A proactive and adaptable team player, able to work independently and in a team to deliver outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
