Location: REMOTE opening

Duration: 1 year + contract

Golang Developer with FHIR experience required

Overview

· Team covers all API builds for federal government (CMS – Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services)

o Patient Access – members access medical records/data via 3rd party app

o Payer to Payer – swapping data between payers

o Provider Directory – view providers in network

· New Scope – CMS 57 Requirement ***this is what this team will focus on

o 2 new APIs to build surrounding Prior Authorization data – rebuilding the prior auth process

o Build new API – PROVIDER ACCESS – providers can request data for a patient; need to verify relationship – so business logic to build in to look through systems that they have a relationship

· APIs built on Go primarily – dev work ~70% Go; ~30% Java

· Will partner with QA team (2) for most testing; devs should perform functional tests before handing off to QA

· Follow CI/CD – utilize Docker and Kubernetes – resources should have intermediate understanding

Must Haves:

· Go and Java

· MongoDB

· Kafka (eventing)

· AWS (primary services: lambdas, ec2, IAM,)

· Healthcare experience

· Leads: should have design experience

Nice to haves:

· FHIR ***aim for ~50% of Devs with FHIR exp***

· Interoperability

· Snowflake
