About the Role
Experienced BA with strong requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and cross-functional coordination for projects in Qatar/Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, user manuals.
- Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Analyze workflows & propose optimizations.
- Support solution design with tech/product teams.
- Handle SIT/UAT, impact analysis, feasibility.
- Support change requests & enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years as a Business Analyst.
- Qatar ID + Arabic Fluency (mandatory).
- Experience with GCC clients (preferably Qatar).
- Strong knowledge of BA frameworks (BPMN, UML), Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
- Strong documentation, problem-solving, communication.
Preferred
- Experience in digital transformation or enterprise systems.
