Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) Engineer based in Muscat. The ELV Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining low voltage systems such as security systems, access controls, and passive communication networks. The daily tasks will involve system design, troubleshooting, supervising installations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with clients and team members to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in ELV systems such as security systems, low current and passive communication networks
• Strong knowledge of design, installation, and maintenance of safety and low voltage systems
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively
• Experience in site management and leading installation teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
• Understanding of safety standards, regulatory compliance, contractual submissions, and quality assurance practices
• Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in the AV & Fire Alarm is an advantage
• Certifications and trainings with known industry leaders
• Bilingual (English and Arabic) is a plus
• Knows Auto-cad; MS Project is a plus
• Knowledge in general MEP is a plus
• Based in Muscat & familiar with market is a major plus
