Stubbs is a remote-first team building custom web and mobile solutions for startups and smal-medium sized businesses.

We’ve been on the market since 2019, focusing mainly on modern JavaScript applications (with occasional non-JS projects as well).

Our clients are primarily startups and SMEs from the USA, Europe, and Australia.

Right now, we’re looking for a Project Manager to strengthen our delivery on several key projects and take over part of the client communication and coordination workload.


Responsibilities

— Manage multiple web/mobile projects (typically 1–2 core projects plus occasional outstaff engagements)

— Communicate with clients (calls, syncs, status updates, workshops)

— Coordinate the team (developers, QA, designers) and keep everyone aligned on priorities and scope

— Gather and clarify requirements with clients, think through feature logic together with the team, and document it clearly (user stories, specs, tasks)

— Keep tasks and documentation in order (Jira/ClickUp/Trello, requirements, reports)

— Track risks/issues and help solve them, proactively flagging problems to the client and the team


Requirements

— At least 1 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT (outsourcing, outstaff, or product company)

— Experience with web/mobile development projects

— Confident client communication (calls, workshops, async updates)

— Strong understanding of basic project management approaches (Agile/Scrum/Kanban)

— Experience with task/bug tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, etc.)

— Verbal English level B2 or higher (communication with international clients)

— Strong communication skills, ability to give and receive feedback
