Senior / Lead Data Analyst
About Us:
We’re a fast-growing, product-driven startup.
No heavy bureaucracy, no endless approval chains — instead, you get ownership, speed, and the ability to build things the right way from day one.
We’re looking for someone who wants to go far beyond “just analyzing reports” — someone who will help shape our entire data culture and infrastructure from the ground up.
Who We’re Looking For
A Senior / Lead Data Analyst who:
- Sees the product through the lens of data, business impact, and long-term value.
- Is ready to own and develop the entire analytics ecosystem.
- Feels comfortable in a startup environment, where not everything is set up yet — and that’s exactly what makes it exciting.
- Can act as a bridge between product, engineering, finance, and leadership to drive truly data-informed decisions.
What You’ll Work On:
Build the analytics ecosystem from scratch
- Design and launch end-to-end analytics infrastructure: event tracking, data warehouse, data models, access layers, standards.
- Set up scalable foundations that support rapid product growth.
Predictive analytics & ML
- Work with product and engineering to identify high-impact use cases.
- Build prototypes, run experiments, and bring models into production.
Data pipelines & ETL
- Design, automate, and maintain ETL processes to ensure teams always have timely, accurate, and structured data.
Dashboards & actionable insights
- Build dashboards for product, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Turn raw data into insights that directly influence decisions.
A/B tests & experimentation
- Design, run, and analyze experiments.
- Build or improve the experimental framework that will drive product strategy and roadmap.
Finance collaboration
- Work with finance on forecasts, LTV models, unit economics, growth scenarios, plans vs actuals.
C-level & product partnership
- Shape hypotheses, prioritize work, and help foster a culture where decisions are truly data-informed.
What We Expect From You:
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics within product-driven companies.
- Strong, hands-on experience with A/B testing and experiment frameworks.
- Solid skills in Python, SQL, and analytics automation.
- Experience with GTM, GA4, Amplitude or similar tools.
- Understanding of key product metrics:
- retention, conversion, cohorts, LTV, CAC, unit economics.
- Practical experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
- Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical teams.
- Proactive mindset, focus on outcomes, and passion for building — not just maintaining.
Nice to Have:
- Experience building analytics from scratch or leading large-scale analytics transformations.
- Experience with B2C SaaS or subscription-based products.
- Familiarity with predictive analytics, machine learning, or advanced statistical modeling.
