Job Title: MERN Stack Developer (React + Node.js)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js to build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full stack and a passion for delivering robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Optimize application performance and ensure security compliance.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with Redux / Context API for state management.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience

• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development (React + Node.js mandatory).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies.

Education

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
