Experience Visual Designer - Senior Associate

Your role outlines your ability to encompass the entire design production process, from initial concept to final delivery. This often includes planning, mood boarding, video editing, and visual designing. You are responsible to collaborate with various teams, ensuring the final product aligns with EY brand guidelines and project objectives, while also staying up-to-date with industry trends.

To begin with, we need to know if you are proficient in the use of design applications (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop), video editing applications (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro or DaVinci Resolve) online whiteboarding application (Miro), UI applications (Figma or Sketch) and Microsoft office applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel etc).

Your primary responsibilities include:

Working closely with Engagement Team(s) to create impactful and immersive client experience assets (i.e., PowerPoint presentations, videos, print materials, interactive whiteboards etc).

Bring new ideas for CX and executing them by using the right tools, technologies and design mindset.

Become a trusted advisor to elevate CX through design on client experiences.

Good to haves include:

• 3+ years industry experience in the relevant field, in a reputed firm.
• A degree in design, with the help of supporting documents, would be preferred.
• Knowledge on emerging industry trends and the use of AI in design.
• Passionate about, and hands on experience in, interactive technology and immersive media.
