About The Role

We’re hiring a Lead Product Designer to strengthen user research and immersion practices. You’ll focus on deeply understanding users, ensuring that empathy and real-world context shape every design solution.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct user immersions, interviews, and contextual research.
• Synthesize insights into design opportunities and frameworks.
• Champion user needs and behaviors in product discussions.
• Lead testing sessions to validate prototypes and refine solutions.
• Partner with researchers and data teams to integrate evidence-based design.
• Mentor peers in research-led design practices.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of product design experience with exposure to user research.
• Strong ability to translate insights into actionable designs.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proven track record of designing based on evidence, not assumption.
• Portfolio showcasing research-driven product outcomes.
