We’re hiring a Lead Product Designer to strengthen user research and immersion practices. You’ll focus on deeply understanding users, ensuring that empathy and real-world context shape every design solution.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct user immersions, interviews, and contextual research.
- Synthesize insights into design opportunities and frameworks.
- Champion user needs and behaviors in product discussions.
- Lead testing sessions to validate prototypes and refine solutions.
- Partner with researchers and data teams to integrate evidence-based design.
- Mentor peers in research-led design practices.
- 5–7 years of product design experience with exposure to user research.
- Strong ability to translate insights into actionable designs.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Proven track record of designing based on evidence, not assumption.
- Portfolio showcasing research-driven product outcomes.
