Job Role: PMO Lead

Experience: 3 to 8 Years

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic PMO Lead to oversee project governance, financial tracking, and compliance with contractual obligations. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives while maintaining strong financial and operational controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Management:
• Understand and manage project contracts, including payment milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms throughout the project lifecycle.
• Financial Governance:
• Create, monitor, and track project financials aligned with contractual deliverables and milestones.
• Provide regular financial reports and variance analysis to stakeholders.
• Project Monitoring & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate project documentation and dashboards.
• Track progress against timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
• Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and leadership to ensure alignment on project objectives and financial health.

Role Competency

• Strong understanding of contracts, payment milestones, and deliverables.
• Ability to create and track project financials linked to contractual obligations.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for financial modelling and reporting
