Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Permanent
Salary: £60,000–£65,000 per annum
Clearance: BPSS
Location: Remote with 1 day per week in London
Start Date: Ideally 5 January

We’re looking for two experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineers to join a growing tech team building innovative cloud-based products and maintaining high-profile voting and election platforms. This role is ideal for engineers who have previously delivered secure, resilient digital services in the elections or voting domain and are passionate about high-quality engineering.
Mandatory Skills
- .NET Core using C# (4+ years)
- ASP.NET MVC
- JavaScript / jQuery / TypeScript / AJAX (3+ years)
- HTML / CSS (3+ years)
- SQL Server (3+ years)
- React (3+ years)
- Web API / WCF / Web Services (2+ years)
- Unit testing (XUnit / NUnit / MSTest)
Essential Competencies
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Proven experience working on voting or election technology
- Proactive, autonomous, and able to guide junior developers
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work at both detailed and abstract levels
- Track record of delivering on time and to a high standard
- Team-oriented and reliable
Highly Desirable
- Entity Framework / Dapper / NHibernate / ADO.NET
- Blazor (WASM/Server) / Razor Pages
- Python
- ASP.NET Web Forms

- Azure DevOps
What You’ll Do
- Analyse new requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Architect, design, and implement new features
- Maintain and enhance established election-related systems
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues
- Deliver high-quality, version-controlled, well-tested code
- Conduct peer reviews and uphold engineering standards
- Provide 3rd-line support when required
- Mentor junior team members
- Attend the London office approximately once per week
