🎯 Your Role

As a Product Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the strategy, vision, and performance across key product areas. You’ll guide cross-functional teams from discovery to delivery, blending customer insight with commercial strategy to create real value.

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Define and deliver the long-term product vision and roadmap.

🔹 Lead customer discovery, research, and experimentation.

🔹 Translate strategy into clear goals, metrics, and outcomes.

🔹 Collaborate with Engineering and Design to build exceptional experiences.

🔹 Launch, analyse, and iterate on features for continuous improvement.

🔹 Mentor junior PMs and elevate product thinking across the business.

💼 About You:

✔ You’ve worked in Product maybe as a UXer, Engineer, or Business Analyst.

✔ Experienced with SaaS products and agile teams.

✔ Obsessed with solving problems, not just writing requirements.

✔ Confident making data-driven decisions under uncertainty.

✔ A clear communicator and natural storyteller.

✔ Passionate about growth, experimentation, and customer impact.
