What We're Looking For

Essential Skills

• Fullstack TypeScript Expertise: Exceptional proficiency across frontend and backend TypeScript development.
• Modern Front-End Frameworks: Deep experience with React, Next.js, Node, Vercel, Deno, or Bun.
• Web Fundamentals: Strong grasp of responsive design, performance optimisation, and emerging web standards.
• Backend APIs: Proven confidence and experience creating secure, scalable backend APIs.
• Design & UX/UI: Clear understanding of design principles, UI & UX best practices.
• LLM & AI Integration: Strong interest in integrating Large Language Models and AI-driven solutions into web applications.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Practical experience deploying solutions within cloud environments (AWS, GCP).

Desirable Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Practical knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.
